This product is not for human consumption.

This product was previously an extract, but we have since stopped the extraction process to significantly reduce the price. Most customers were already adding the powder to hot beverages, which is an effective way to extract the mushroom’s beneficial compounds. As this is now a whole mushroom powder, it requires heat or cooking to make the bioactive compounds bioavailable. Simply adding it to a hot beverage, tea, or cooking with it is an acceptable method to activate the benefits.

Damage during transit

For any items damaged during transit please contact us with in 5 days with photos so we can arrange immediate refund or replacement.

Thankyou for your purchase. I hope you're happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return for a full or partial refund or exchange.

Returns
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days. The mushroom kits are “alive” and must be returned ASAP, so they do not die and can be reused by growing the mushrooms ourselves. The box can be opened however, the kit must be unused and returned with all contents.

Return Process
To return an item please email me at brett@thatmushroomguy.com.au to get our return address. Sometimes we may not require the return but may ask for photos of the issue. If the return is for a change of mind, you will be responsible for the cost of postage, and we ask that you use postage with tracking please.

Refund
After we have received your return or photos and inspected it, we will immediately process your refund, please allow up to 7 days for the processing time.
